The week started off with a Bang with the Liberals and their movon base’s preemptive on General Petraeus report on Iraq. Most of us knew something was forthcoming from them but had no idea to what low levels they would stoop to get their party faithful whipped to a frenzy. Like a bunch of rabid dogs frothing at the mouth they held true to form with the Full Page add in the New York times followed by the primping in front of the full court press when the General had to make his report.
Noting to a -T- that the Democrats were only interested in getting their agenda once again laid out before the world, they would not let the General deliver his report without interruption or political jarring . It’s interesting to note that this was despite the fact that every single Senator from both parties had just a year previous, unanimously voted the General in as the man to do the job in Iraq.
Now that I look back on it and the comments form Hillary and her cronies about the report…..it is interesting ….even as Rudy countered with his own NY times add taking aim directly at Hillary, she now quips that the GOP is making this a political agenda instead of working on the issues. (This was her reaction to Rudi Giuliani’s counter to Movons NY ad) What did she think her comments and those of the rest of the pack of dogs were doing at the hearing ? Pure Political juxtaposing. Followed by an eerie looking puppet from Rhode Island who had obviously not listened to the entire content of the Presidents Speech, but instead had pre-prepared statements already made up denouncing anything positive from the speech.
Now, as the candidates and supporters for the GOP are still debating the issue Hillary wants to side step the issue and try to change topic to yet another version of her Hillary Health Plan.
I tell you a look at my local Fish Wrapper the St. Pete Times today really disturbs me. While all this talk about getting out of Iraq is going on by the die hard Liberals the larger part of the message that the President put out is going unchallenged. That of the continuing spread of Radical Islam and it’s Global War on Terror, That was the larger context of the Presidents Speech and General Petraeus message. For example….. largely ignored and put on page 16 of the Sp Times was an article about an Iranian Arms Shipment intercepted on September 6th by International Forces. Even the articles I was able to pull up on an Internet search downplayed the significance of this. A Washington Times writer comments ” The shipment included armor-piercing bombs known as explosively formed projectiles.” So what is so special about this ?
These are the EFP’s (Explosively Formed Projectiles) that have been in all the news media for the two years that have been killing and maiming our troops in Iraq.
The Iranians trafficking weapons to Afghanistan is a big deal , so why does this go to page 16 ?
Because the Liberals want you focused on Iraq because they have no answers on how to combat the Iranian issue and to a larger extent the Global War on Terror that they won’t even admit exists. On that same note, here is yet another buried article I located on Page 13A entitled “Cairo Egypt, Group puts price on Cartoonist Head 
. This is also significant because it once again shows that our media is liberal controlled and wants to bury these issues to keep Iraq at the forefront of the headlines instead of dealing with how all of this is interrelated. This is another case of Iran rearing it’s ugly head, or rather getting bent out of shape over the appearance in a Swedish newspaper of a cartoon of a dog with Muhammad’s head on it.
And then of course to follow Iran’s suit, yesterday Al-Qaeda offers a reward for the Cartoonist’s Death.
This religious intolerance is one of the key tenants of the Radical Islamic movement. Did you hear any local U.S. based Muslims denounce either Iran or Al-Qaeda’s statements, where was CAIR on this ? Kind of interesting because if you go to their web site this is their claim ” The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has consistently and persistently condemned terrorism and the killing of innocent civilians.” What a truck load of Donkey Crap. Al-Qaeda just called for the killing of a cartoonist and his editor ! Yet nothing from CAIR on this, which is typical. Guess which way they vote too ? You go it LIBERAL
This Islamic Extremism is creeping into our own politics here in the U.S. ala CAIR and moveon. Because of their scare tactics most U.S newspapers refused to carry an OPUS cartoon that played on Islamic movement into our own Western society. Well what did you expect from the liberally controlled media ?
We need to make sure that whomever gets the Nomination for the GOP addresses every one of these issues up front and personal with the opposing Party and more importantly the American people.
